After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, chest pain , cough, diabetes mellitus, diarrhoea, headache , ill-defined disorder, infection , nervousness. Dyazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XOPENEX, TOPROL, BLOOD THINNER, ARICEPT, ICAPS, DIURETIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
