Dyazide Side Effects Report #4625319-0
Dyazide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Oct 08, 1986. Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 121.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, pruritus and was treated with Dyazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accident, alopecia, amnesia, application site discolouration, atrophy, balance disorder, blood disorder, blood pressure increased, cardiac disorder. Dyazide dosage: 150MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, AVEENO BATH, BENADRYL, CATAPRES, CHOLESTYRAMINE, COLACE, DYRENIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
