After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , back pain , blood magnesium decreased, blood potassium decreased, burning sensation, dehydration, dyspepsia, dysuria, eye discharge. Dyazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, TOPROL. Patient recovered.

Dyazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LYRICA, QUININE, ZEGERID, ASPIRIN, COLACE, PREMARIN, DILTIAZEM, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
