and was treated with Dyazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, constipation , dizziness . Dyazide dosage: 10MG PER DAY. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accident, alopecia, amnesia, application site discolouration, atrophy, balance disorder, blood disorder, blood pressure increased, cardiac disorder. Dyazide dosage: 150MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, AVEENO BATH, BENADRYL, CATAPRES, CHOLESTYRAMINE, COLACE, DYRENIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
