Male patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, arrhythmia , diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolaemia, prophylaxis and was treated with Dyazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , bradycardia, dizziness , pneumonia , renal failure acute. Dyazide dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, PROPAFENONE, GLYBURIDE, BENAZAPRIL, FLUVASTATIN, WARFARIN, ATENOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
