During the same period patient was treated with KETOCONAZOLE, HYDROCORTISONE, EZETIMIBE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, NADOLOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ASPIRIN, ZOLADEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/03/2006.
