Durotep Side Effects Report #5871958-9
Durotep side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Sept 02, 2008. Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma , decubitus ulcer, pruritus, constipation  and was treated with Durotep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, pneumonia , renal failure. Durotep dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GEBEN, ATARAX, ZADITEN, COTRIM, MOBIC, MONILAC, LAXOBERON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/06/2008.

Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with cancer pain, pancreatitis, gastric ulcer, diabetes mellitus, pyrexia and was treated with Durotep. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, cardiac arrest , pancreatic carcinoma. Durotep dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYPEN, OXYCONTIN, FOIPAN, PARIET, BASEN, PAZUCROSS. Patient died on 10/02/2007.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
