Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 143.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Duoneb. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, condition aggravated, guillain-barre syndrome , lung infection, nosocomial infection, pneumonia , sinusitis , staphylococcal infection . Duoneb dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ADVAIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
