Duloxetine side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Sept 17, 2005. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 147.7 lb, was diagnosed with stress , urinary incontinence  and was treated with Duloxetine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, headache , nasopharyngitis, somnolence. Duloxetine dosage: 40 MG/2 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, RANITIDINE, BETAMETHASONE, GENTAMICINE, DIFLUCORTOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperhidrosis, photophobia, somnolence. Duloxetine dosage: 60 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, ASPIRIN, DOCUSATE, FELODIPINE, FLUNISOLIDE NASAL, GLYBURIDE, TRIAMTERENE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, METFORMIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, coma, hepatic encephalopathy, jaundice , respiratory disorder, somnolence. Duloxetine dosage: 60 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with AKINETON, LEVOTHYROXINE, FORADIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/24/2007.
