Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 147.7 lb, was diagnosed with stress incontinence and was treated with Duloxetine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, alanine aminotransferase increased, alcohol poisoning, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood cholesterol increased, coma, convulsion, dyspnoea. Duloxetine dosage: 40 MG/2 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, BETAMETHASONE, GENTAMICIN, DIFLUCORTOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
