Duloxetine side effect was reported by a Physician from HUNGARY on Oct 05, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Duloxetine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, brain stem syndrome, completed suicide, hypotonia, intentional overdose, locked-in syndrome, miosis, salivary hypersecretion, tremor. Duloxetine dosage: 30 MG, DAILY (1/D), ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with MIANSERIN, SUPRASTIN, ALFETIM, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, MONOPRIL, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient died.
