Duloxetine Side Effects Report #4802809-9
Duloxetine side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Sept 30, 2005. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 147.7 lb, was diagnosed with stress incontinence and was treated with Duloxetine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, alanine aminotransferase increased, alcohol poisoning, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood cholesterol increased, coma, convulsion, dyspnoea. Duloxetine dosage: 40 MG/2 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, BETAMETHASONE, GENTAMICIN, DIFLUCORTOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, headache , nasopharyngitis, somnolence. Duloxetine dosage: 40 MG/2 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, RANITIDINE, BETAMETHASONE, GENTAMICINE, DIFLUCORTOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 46 years of age, weighting 209.4 lb, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Duloxetine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , blood ph decreased, cardiac arrest , coma, condition aggravated, convulsion, cyanosis, electroencephalogram abnormal, hypoxia. Duloxetine dosage: 120 MG/1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR DISKUS, ALBUTEROL, COMBIVENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/19/2005.

Duloxetine dosage: 120 MG/1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR DISKUS, ALBUTEROL, COMBIVENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/17/2005.

Patient recovered.
