Duloxetine Side Effects Report #4630331-1
Duloxetine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 21, 2005. Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with stress incontinence and was treated with Duloxetine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, blood chloride decreased, blood glucose increased, blood sodium decreased, dizziness , electrocardiogram st-t change, fall , grand mal convulsion, loss of consciousness. Duloxetine dosage: 40 MG/2 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, NIFEDIPINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, amnesia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood calcium decreased, blood glucose increased, blood lactic acid increased, chest wall pain, constipation . Duloxetine dosage: 60 MG/1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ADVIL, VICODIN, SYNTHROID, TRANXENE, LAMICTAL, LITHIUM, COZAAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
