Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 214.0 lb, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Dulcolax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anal fistula, vaginal fistula. Dulcolax dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
