After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, caesarean section, coagulopathy, haemorrhage, hysterectomy What is  hysterectomy, maternal condition affecting foetus, multi-organ failure, premature labour. Drotrecogin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridium difficile colitis, coagulopathy, diverticular perforation, haemorrhage, sepsis What is  sepsis. Drotrecogin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, CEFEPIME, DILTIAZEM, LOVENOX, METOPROLOL, METRONIDAZOLE, PROTONIX, VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
