Drotrecogin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 26, 2005. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 257.9 lb, was diagnosed with multi-organ failure, sepsis What is  sepsis and was treated with Drotrecogin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal haematoma, bile duct obstruction, blood bilirubin increased, haemodialysis, intra-abdominal haemorrhage, multi-organ failure, post procedural bile leak, post procedural complication, renal failure. Drotrecogin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DROTRECOGIN ALFA, HEPARIN, DOBUTAMINE, NOREPINEPHRINE, ERYTHROPOETIN ALPHA, PANTOPRAZOLE, CVVHD, CITRATE ANTICOAGULANT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/15/2003.
