After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, flank pain, haemoptysis, pleurisy, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Drospirenone dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Drospirenone dosage: 3MG/0.03MG DAILY PO, 2-3 MONTHS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
