After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , chills, diarrhoea, fatigue, febrile neutropenia, haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, pyrexia, sepsis . Doxorubicin dosage: 60 MG/M2 IV Q14 DAYS X 4 CYCLES. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.
