Doxazosin side effect was reported by a Physician from SWEDEN on June 16, 2005. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 233.7 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Doxazosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cerebral ischaemia, convulsion, fall , limb injury, loss of consciousness, syncope. Doxazosin dosage: 4 MG (4 MG 1 IN 1 D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, LOSEC MUPS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
