Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with prolactinoma, seasonal allergy and was treated with Dostinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: polytraumatism, road traffic accident. Dostinex dosage: (1 MG, TWICE WEEKLY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NASACORT, CORTISONE ACETATE, THYROXINE. Patient died on 06/28/2005.
