Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with prolactin-producing pituitary tumour and was treated with Dostinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: decreased appetite, fatigue, headache , insomnia, weight fluctuation. Dostinex dosage: 0.5 MG (TWICE/WEEKLY). Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, anxiety , confusional state, delusion, disorientation, hallucination, insomnia. Dostinex dosage: (0.5 MG, 1 WK), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ALEPSAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
