Dopamine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 21, 2007. Male patient, 80 years of age, was treated with Dopamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device malfunction, incorrect dose administered, loss of consciousness, therapeutic response decreased. Dopamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BAXTER COLLEAGUE INFUSION PUMP. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood glucose increased, bradycardia, cardio-respiratory arrest, device failure, hypotension, intestinal infarction, loss of consciousness, small intestinal obstruction. Dopamine dosage: 250 ML. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN. Patient died on 09/18/2004.
