Dopamine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 19, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with hypotension and was treated with Dopamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , incorrect dose administered. Dopamine dosage: 400 MG; ONCE; IVDRI. Patient died.

Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with dyspnoea, pulmonary oedema, respiratory distress and was treated with Dopamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , device failure, ventricular tachycardia. Dopamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEOSYNEPHRINE, NOREPINEPHRINE, ASPIRIN, COREG, MONOPRIL, LASIX. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DOPAMINE IN, DOPAMINE IN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Dopamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SOMATOSTATIN, AMIODARONE, EPINEPHRINE. Patient died.
