Female patient, weighting 270.0 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with Donnatal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conjunctivitis, corneal disorder, dry eye, dysphagia, eye discharge, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, nasopharyngitis, onychomadesis, pruritus. Donnatal dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
