Dofetilide side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on Jan 30, 2002. Female patient, 36 years of age, weighting 224.9 lb, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation and was treated with Dofetilide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, acute left ventricular failure, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cystitis, diarrhoea, electrolyte imbalance, myocardial fibrosis, myocarditis. Dofetilide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LOPRESSOR, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, TRAMADOL, BACTRIM, CIPROFLOXACIN, POTASSIUM CANRENOATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/14/2002.
