and was treated with Dofetilide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute coronary syndrome, acute left ventricular failure, cardiac arrest
, cystitis, diarrhoea, electrolyte imbalance, myocardial fibrosis, myocarditis. Dofetilide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LOPRESSOR, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, TRAMADOL, BACTRIM, CIPROFLOXACIN, POTASSIUM CANRENOATE. Patient was hospitalized.
