Dobutamine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 22, 2007. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 209.4 lb, was diagnosed with stress echocardiogram and was treated with Dobutamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral vasoconstriction, coronary arterial stent insertion, headache , infusion related reaction, ischaemic stroke, mental status changes postoperative, vasculitis . Dobutamine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac stress test, chest pain  and was treated with Dobutamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: infusion related reaction, ventricular tachycardia. Dobutamine dosage: 19.2 MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with DOBUTAMINE IN DEXTROSE, NTG OINTMENT, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, PANTOPRAZOLE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , infusion related reaction, procedural complication, ventricular tachycardia. Dobutamine dosage: 10.4 MG IV OVER 9 MINUTES. During the same period patient was treated with DOBUTAMINE IN DEXTROSE, TYLENOL, ALBUTEROL, ASPIRIN, COREG, PROZAC, LASIX. Patient recovered.
