After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akinesia, apnoea, coronary artery occlusion, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram q wave abnormal, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, electrocardiogram t wave inversion, electromechanical dissociation, myocardial rupture. Dobutamine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
