Dobutamine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 11, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with stress echocardiogram and was treated with Dobutamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, chest pain , electrocardiogram st segment elevation, electromechanical dissociation, extravasation, myocardial rupture. Dobutamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CONTRAST AGENT. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, device electrical finding, hepatic function abnormal, renal failure. Dobutamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOPHED, CARDIZEM, ADENOSINE, VERSED, TYLENOL, DECADRON, ROCEPHIN. Patient died on 03/13/2007.
