After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, disorientation, hyperammonaemia, loss of consciousness, sedation, visual acuity reduced. Divalproex dosage: 2000MG AT BEDTIME PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
