Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebrovascular accident prophylaxis and was treated with Dipyridamole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chest pain , dizziness , headache , heart rate increased. Dipyridamole dosage: 200 MG;BID;PO. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, METFORMIN. Patient recovered.
