Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with exostosis, local anaesthesia and was treated with Diprospan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, bone swelling, cellulitis
, fistula
, injection site reaction, osteitis, osteomyelitis, purulence. Diprospan dosage: 1 ML;. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
