Male patient, 28 years of age, weighting 80.47 lb, was diagnosed with status epilepticus and was treated with Diprivan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , ascites, cardiac failure, dilatation ventricular, hepatic congestion, hepatic steatosis, hyperkalaemia, infusion related reaction, metabolic acidosis. Diprivan dosage: 60 MG ONCE IVD. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, ALEVIATIN, NOREPINEPHRINEQ, MEYLON. Patient died on 03/16/2005.
