Diphenhydramine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 14, 2005. Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Diphenhydramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, body temperature decreased, coma, heart rate increased, hypotension, metabolic acidosis, overdose, pupillary reflex impaired. Diphenhydramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, NAPROXEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
