After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, caesarean section, dyspnoea, post procedural haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia, uterine contractions abnormal. Dinoprostone dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, SINGLE), VAGINAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, no therapeutic response, postpartum haemorrhage, uterine atony, uterine contractions abnormal. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, ONCE), VAGINAL. Patient died.
