Dinoprostone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 03, 2005. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with labour induction and was treated with Dinoprostone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, caesarean section, dyspnoea, post procedural haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia, uterine contractions abnormal. Dinoprostone dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, SINGLE), VAGINAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, no therapeutic response, postpartum haemorrhage, uterine atony, uterine contractions abnormal. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, ONCE), VAGINAL. Patient died.
