After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia postoperative, blood creatinine increased, caesarean section, dyspnoea, foetal heart rate deceleration, haemorrhage, hypocoagulable state, post procedural complication, thrombocytopenia. Dinoprostone dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, SINGLE), VAGINAL. Patient recovered.
