After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, anaemia postoperative, caesarean section, dyspnoea, hypocoagulable state, hysterectomy , nausea . Dinoprostone dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, SINGLE). Patient recovered.
