Dinoprostone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 09, 2005. Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with labour induction and was treated with Dinoprostone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: caesarean section, disseminated intravascular coagulation, facial paresis, fibrinolysis, hypotension, monoparesis, uterine haemorrhage, uterine hypertonus. Dinoprostone dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with cervix disorder, labour induction and was treated with Dinoprostone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amniocentesis abnormal, cardiac arrest , cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hypocoagulable state, hypotension, postpartum haemorrhage, uterine atony. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, ONCE), VAGINAL. Patient died on 08/04/2007.
