Dinoprostone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Oct 02, 2008. Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with labour induction and was treated with Dinoprostone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, no therapeutic response, postpartum haemorrhage, uterine atony, uterine contractions abnormal. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, ONCE), VAGINAL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal labour, anaphylactoid syndrome of pregnancy, cardiac arrest , cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, hypovolaemia. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG,ONCE), VAGINAL. Patient died on 08/04/2007.

Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with cervix disorder, labour induction and was treated with Dinoprostone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amniocentesis abnormal, cardiac arrest , cardio-respiratory arrest, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hypocoagulable state, hypotension, postpartum haemorrhage, uterine atony. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, ONCE), VAGINAL. Patient died on 08/04/2007.
