After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood ph decreased, caesarean section, foetal growth retardation, foetal heart rate deceleration, umbilical cord abnormality. Dinoprostone dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, ONCE), TRANSPLACENTAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEMEROL, GRAVOL. Patient recovered.
