Dinoprostone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 03, 2005. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with labour induction and was treated with Dinoprostone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, anaemia postoperative, blood creatinine increased, caesarean section, condition aggravated, dyspnoea, hypocoagulable state, hypovolaemia. Dinoprostone dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, SINGLE). Patient recovered.
