Dimeticone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 10, 2007. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with retinal tear, corneal defect and was treated with Dimeticone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: corneal perforation, posterior capsule opacification, pupillary reflex impaired. Dimeticone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GATIFLOXACIN. Patient recovered.
