Dimetapp side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 17, 2005. Female patient, 55 years of age, was treated with Dimetapp. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, brain scan abnormal, cerebral haemorrhage, haemorrhagic stroke, hydrocephalus , hypertension, road traffic accident, tachycardia. Dimetapp dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
