After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood creatinine increased, blood potassium increased, blood urea increased, cardiac murmur, dizziness , dyspnoea. Diltiazem dosage: 120 MG Q DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, CANDESARTAN, FUROSEMIDE, METOLAZONE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
