Dilaudid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 22, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with therapeutic procedure, vascular pseudoaneurysm and was treated with Dilaudid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: procedural complication, respiratory arrest, respiratory rate decreased, sedation. Dilaudid dosage: 2MG IV 1X. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN. Patient recovered.
