Dilaudid Side Effects Report #4655411-6
Dilaudid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 25, 2005. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , nausea  and was treated with Dilaudid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cyanosis, dyskinesia, hyperhidrosis, miosis, overdose, shock, tachypnoea. Dilaudid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, ATROPINE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, SALBUTAMOL, OXYGEN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cyanosis, dyskinesia, hyperhidrosis, hypoventilation, incorrect dose administered, lung disorder, miosis, overdose, respiratory rate increased. Dilaudid dosage: 0.5 MG, 1 IN 1 HR, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, ATROPINE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, SALBUTAMOL, OXYGEN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriosclerosis coronary artery, cardiac arrest , dysarthria, dyspnoea, gait disturbance, hyperhidrosis, muscle spasms, myoglobin blood increased, skin discolouration. Dilaudid dosage: 48.382 MG, SEE TEXT. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, AMITRIPTYLINE, TIZANIDINE, BUPIVACAINE, CLONIDINE, GLUCOPHAGE, ALTACE. Patient died on 06/30/2004.
