Dilaudid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 06, 2008. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia, arthralgia and was treated with Dilaudid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , pain , respiratory arrest. Dilaudid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, ATIVAN, MARCAINE, DEMEROL, VICODIN. Patient died on 04/04/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoeic attack, cardiac arrest , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, incorrect dose administered, respiratory failure, unresponsive to stimuli. Dilaudid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN, XANAX, MORPHINE. Patient died on 04/30/2007.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Dilaudid dosage: 48.382 MG, SEE TEXT. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, AMITRIPTYLINE, TIZANIDINE, BUPIVACAINE, CLONIDINE, GLUCOPHAGE, ALTACE. Patient died on 06/30/2004.
