Male patient, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with spinal fusion surgery, postoperative analgesia, blood cholesterol increased, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Dilaudid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, blood pressure decreased. Dilaudid dosage: MAX DOSE OF 3-4 MG EVERY 4 HR. During the same period patient was treated with LOVASTATIN, DIGITALIS. Patient recovered.
