Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with migraine  and was treated with Dihydroergotamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure inadequately controlled, cardiac murmur, chest pain , dizziness , dyspnoea, fatigue, heart valve insufficiency, pulmonary hypertension , tachycardia. Dihydroergotamin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with headache , nausea , photophobia and was treated with Dihydroergotamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disorientation, dizziness , headache , hypertension, nausea , nervousness, photophobia. Dihydroergotamin dosage: 0.5 MG QDAY. During the same period patient was treated with CAFFEINE, PROPHYPHENAZONE, BISPHOSPHONATES, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
