Dihydroergotamin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Dec 24, 2005. Male patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension and was treated with Dihydroergotamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autonomic nervous system imbalance, condition aggravated, orthostatic hypotension, tremor. Dihydroergotamin dosage: 2 MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with MUCOSOLVAN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with headache What is  headache and was treated with Dihydroergotamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: autonomic nervous system imbalance, difficulty in walking, electromyogram abnormal, ergot poisoning, extensor plantar response, fatigue, gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia. Dihydroergotamin dosage: 10 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLSERGIDE, PROPRANOLOL, OESTROGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
